All orders include an email proof for your approval prior to production. Proofs are typically sent within 72 hours of purchase. Production will only begin once your proof has been approved. Please note that the colors on screen may appear a little brighter than the final printed item

Each order includes two complimentary revisions to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Any additional revisions beyond the first two will be subject to a $10 fee per revision.

Processing time is 2-4 business day turnaround or sooner.  We customize each item from start to finish with amazing quality materials.

We offer a rush option for orders that need to be completed faster than our standard turnaround time. Before adding a rush fee, please reach out so we can confirm the timeline and make sure your deadline can be met.

Refund Policy
Please note that custom orders are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if an error was made on our end.
