Turnaround Time

Custom design orders have a turnaround time of up to 72 hours. Please keep this timeframe in mind before purchasing.

Artwork & Theme Requirements

Clear, high-quality photo references of the artwork, character, theme, logo, or inspiration you would like used are highly recommended.

If you do not have artwork to provide, you must provide your desired theme before checkout so your design can be created accurately.

Please make sure all information, names, wording, colors, themes, and reference photos are correct before submitting your order.

File Delivery

You must provide a valid email address at checkout. Your completed digital files will be delivered to the email address provided with your order.

Commercial Use

Your purchase includes permission to use the completed design to create and sell physical finished products.

You may NOT:

• Resell the digital file

• Share the digital file

• Upload the digital file to groups, drives, memberships, or file-sharing platforms

• Give the digital file away

• Alter the file for the purpose of reselling it digitally

• Claim the digital design as your own

Your purchase is for physical product selling rights only. Digital resale rights are NOT included.
