Proof & Production: All orders include an email proof for your approval prior to production. Proofs are typically sent within 72 hours of purchase. Production begins only after proof approval.

Revisions: Each order includes two complimentary revisions. Additional revisions beyond the first two are subject to a $10 fee per revision.

Rush Orders: Need it faster? Reach out before adding a rush fee so we can confirm your deadline can be met.

Refund Policy: Custom orders are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if an error was made on our end.
